If so, what do you actually use as your box?? I was going to take a box of cards to school next week and cannot for the life of me think what to use as an honesty box.
I just use a little "pretty" box or even just a good 'ole pink envelope. Anything, it doesn't really matter in my opinion. Just make sure it's marked up so your customers know where to put the money.0 -

I wouldnt have thought a Greetings Card business was worth investing in these days, given the amount of biz they must be losing to e-cards eg moon pig or smart phones.0

I kind of understand where you are coming from. But I truely believe that alot of people still prefer the personal touch and like to see what they are buying, rather than a picture on a screen. I know I still prefer to actually hand someone a card. Plus Phoenix dont do just cards, they do gift wrap, tags and much more.
Also the companies you mention, would have alot of overheads I should imagine, whereas the traders dont. But, each to their own I guess.LBM: April 2009 - honest debt figure: Secured: £0.00!! (paid back april 2017) unsecured: £53117.48 (roughly) back with CCCS starting again:(0 -
I don't normally comment in this thread but felt compelled to today. I've been a Phoenix Trader for 5 years now and I have to say that business has actually grown with the recession, people can't afford to spend so much on a present so they make more effort to seek out the perfect card. Yes there are some people who send online cards etc, but there are plenty of people out there who would never dream of doing such a thing and they love the personal service that makes their life easier that we can offer as a Phoenix Trader.
I love Phoenix Cards and so do my customers. I have also loved every minute of being a Phoenix Trader so far and intend to carry on growing my business for many years to come.0 -
I completely agree with you Jenjen!0
