40th birthday, present & party ideas (merged)

Hello all,
I need ideas what to buy for my sisters 40th birthday this weekend ( i haven't left it until the last moment, her husband very kindly arranged a surprise party and has only just told us)
What do you buy for a woman that gets everything she wants (nice for some lol), and it doesn't break the bank- we're looking at £15-£20
Shes a bit of a snob when buying bath bubbles/smellies etc, she won't eat chocolates because shes on a diet and i won't buy her clothes becuase shes fussy, like me.
I wouldn't really want to buy her flowers but i did think about buying an Orchid?
Sooooo, what would you do? (Ideas on a postcard please
