I don't think we've forgotten them, just not sure exactly what relevance they have to the original discussion (best execution broker).
Well it was you who suggested £2000 was only enough to invest in two companies. If you are looking for good capital growth then if you only get say £200 of shares in a company you might struggle to make back your fees but if you consider dividends as well then it perhaps isn't as difficult to make a profit.
It doesn't matter whether you have 100 or 1 million Tesco shares, you're still going to get X% dividend.0 -
Well it seems as though he has plumped for about 4500 Lloyds shares instead

i am sure its more of a gamble the shares with lloyds
(but all shares are anyway IMO)
i hope i dont eat my words but i am sure in less then 12mths you would win your gamble @44p per share. just hold your nerve when you see the minus signs in the short term:eek:
I am not a pro share trade person (i only bought my 1st batch last week)
so dont gun me if my info is all wrong;)
