HI
Has anyone used the AA savings account? I can't find a review on moneysupermarket!
Just rang and on £30000 fixed rate for a year they said I would make £902.47 in interest after tax....Does this sound like a good deal?
Any comments would be appreciated:T
Thank you

Yes it sounds a good deal.
For the interest rate quoted that must be their Fixed Rate savings account so be aware you can not add to it and can not withdraw from it for a year.
Also be aware it is run by Birmingham Midshires who in turn are owned by Bank of Scotland, who are part of the wobbly Lloyds/HBOS group. Not that I think that should put you off, I'm just giving you all the facts.
I'd say go for it.0 -
It also assumes you're a 20% taxpayer. At top rate tax bracket your net interest would be much less.0
