sent wrong charges info

I requested my charges info from Lloyds, they took forever and its finally arrived - list of charges from 01 - 05. So missing the last 3 years, not much good really! They've charged me for it anyway. They're probably trying to put off my claim!
Will I have to pay them again for the other 3 years info? and will I be able to make my claim from this date seeing as they've messed up?

    Hi there

You do not pay again for the info they did not provide you, write back to tell them that you noticed you have not received the latest documentation within your recent SAR, and if they are unable to send them you want a reason for this for as soon as possible, also make them aware that failure to not provide the information will force you to take further action with this matter, and you will contact the Information Commissioner Office.
Tell them you want the information by 7 days of your letter.

For your interest here is some details of the ICO.
Good luck and keep us posted.;)

Write back to them advising that they failed to provide a complete set of data. Outline the dates missing and request they provide in a reasonable length of time.

However, I have since seen the light.
