7 nights skiing holiday for 2 this Saturday..help me look!

We have some unused leave next week but no holiday booked.
We want to going skiing this Saturday (or Sunday), just the two of us, any European resort with enough snow, flying out of any London airport. Is that still possible and where do I start?
I've looked on lastminute.com and as I click on holidays the prices go up!
We'd prefer short airport transfers. And preferably not self catering. Our budget is about £300pp.

last minute have loads of deals going - one good one is £229 each half board to Hotel Harfenwirt in Wildschonau Austria
