Egg PPI help

Looking for some help on this, I recently attempted to claim back my PPI from my Egg credit card that I owned in 2004. I applied for the card online. I had the following response from Egg:
"We do not provide an advisory service as part of our online sales process. However, prior to submitting your online application, you were asked to read the Ts & Cs governingthis policy and you were required to specifically confirm that you agreed to them. Based on the information above I am sorry to inform you that I cannot uphold your complaint."

This may seem like a silly question - but can I go back to them or do I just leave it?

    Hi there

It seems you have received the basic standard fob off response, so write back to them, keep on at them until you receive a final response, if your still not satisfied with the outcome in the final response they should also enclose details on how you can take this matter further, such as with the financial ombudsman service (FOS), they will let you know.;)

Good luck and like I said keep on at them.
