    I don't know much about this, but I'd imagine if it went to small claims court, if you could provide evidence of money being paid to your boyf, plus fuel receipts, MOT and tax invoices (providing you paid for thoise yourself), then you stand a fairly good chance of proving the car is yours.

    But as others have said, seek proper legal advice.

    Why?? As fas as I can see, any bloke walking into a relationship with a woman who has her own house and car could be on to a good thing :confused:
