Primus Saver Option 2 calls to mobiles

Do Primus Saver option 2 charge for calls to mobiles whilst the line is ringing or only when the other person picks up or you go through there anser phone.

I am only asking as I am changing to Primus Saver, but the Mrs often phones my mobile once and hangs up before it connects then I call her back at home, as I get free calls on my mobile.

I just dont want to be charged by primus for my mrs ringing my mobile once then hanging up then waiting for me to call her back.
