Are EA insured for ferrying you about?
We did two in one day once and the EA drove from A to B whilst we walked.
It wasn't far though0 -
If EA wasn't insured to ferry us about then I bet he will be by 3.30pm;)
We are looking at 5 of their properties and if he doesn't give me the co-operation that I require, he will be buying dinner also:D.
I might sound confident but really I am poopin me drawers:o. So many choices.0 -

Morning all
My head is spinning.
First house we look at, hubby says 'this is the one for me'. Second house we look at hubby says 'this is the one for me'. We viewed 6 houses, can you see where I am going with this? So after a trip to the pub for a large dry white and dinner there is only one we are prepared to put an offer on. However, I have one to view tomorrow and 2 more on Saturday. The one I am viewing tomorrow is my favourite so I think hubby will have to do a second viewing with me on Sunday.
EA says they will all consider offers below the asking price. So thoughts on this please.
The one we like from last night is on for £185k, what sort of offer would you make?
The one I am viewing tomorrow is on for £190k, but has no upward chain. What sort of offer would you make?0
