Good Morning all!
I had a huge gas bill and have now bought a new gas boiler. I really want to keep a check on both my gas and electric meters weekly. I am writing the weekly meter readings down myself but can anyone tell me a simple way I can work out from the meter readings I am paying weekly??!
Thank you

This site was recommended to someone asking the same question:

Make sure you know how much you pay per kwh and whether your meter is imperial (cubic feet) or metric (cubic metres).0 -
Note that the above site only appears to only use the current tariff prices, so if the meter reading period extends over a price change (or you go back and look at historical periods prior to latest price change date), then the calculation will be inaccurate."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Yes. Make sure you know how much you're paying per kwh and check what the site says. However, prices have dipped rather than plumetted and, if you go by the site's calculations, you'll be erring on the side of caution. I think it's always better to overestimate your bill slightly, so that you can feel smug when the real thing is less than expected.0
