Right, I'm going to buy one.

Sorry to be a pain Sammy, but is this the right sensor thingy that I need to buy? And do I need to buy the thing to attatch it to my trainer too, or can it just be tied on somehow?

Thanks for that info BB, so around 1000 for me then...!!!!!! ive had about 1800 cals today but burnt off 500 so still over for the day

i'm going on good old Slimming Magazine (not sure if it's still in print!) and their classes from the 70s and 80s where it was a breakfast/lunch/dinner from a list of choices plus snacks up to either 1000, 1250 or 1500 calories. Can't think it would have changed as it's just basic calorie counting

    :o

Well you could buy that one or you could save yourself a few quid and get one from argos...

you then need to get a little pouch thing...sally found some on ebay for me. The sensor goes into the pouch and you attach it to your trainer shoe laces, tie your shoe laces and thats it...
