    Bake potatoes.

Half them and empty out flesh. If microwaved, put skins in hot oven to crisp up a bit. (not too long else they go a bit black :p )

Make up filling (you can use anything really - last night we had sauteed onion, pepper, courgettes (which you don't like) and bacon with crumbled feta. Season - although remember feta and bacon are quite salty... and mix into mashed up potato. Restuff skins and return to oven for approx 20 mins

Other fillings I've done that worked well

    - mash potato with creme fraiche and mix in tuna and sweetcorn
    - cheddar, english or wholegrain mustard, onions, mushrooms & gammon (1 gammon steak goes a loooong way like this)
    - leftover chicken and peas with a touch of curry powder

    HTH ;)

omg thats what we are having tonight, except we having it with tuna mayo and cheese
    nom nom nom
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

Young victoria, it's something that me and the girls wanted to go see so we decided we might aswell all go together seeing as we all live with males who wouldn't go near a film like that.

You know, there are some nice people in this world. Just ran out to Aldi for some milk. Get there and I am a penny short, a penny! So I ask a store clerk if I can use my card for such a small purchase and he said yes, then the security guard reaches in to his pocket and gives me the penny. Nice, nice people, makes me smile.

Yum with the food talk, it reminded me to have lunch.
Ruby - I know a few people who've been jipped with symbols, mainly abroad, makes you wonder why the tattooists do it.
Back to the paperwork I guess...

I think they are either ignorant themselves, or cruel. The actual japanese character for peace is two symbols and I can imagine a lot of people only want the one symbol, so the tattooist makes up a symbol and says 'There you go'. I'm a lot more careful, I get my japanese studying friend to do the symbols for me.

Right, I'd best be off soon. Gotta meet the girls at 4 and it's a 45 minute walk into town. I have my mp3 player, so I'm gonna be walking along mouthing the words to myself, which is marginally better than me head banging away in my room, as I am doing now. Lol, catch you all later. xx

Afternoon all I feel bad about the running now like Im bragging, Im not really. The quickest Ive done 1.5miles is 7 min 40ish but that was 17 years ago and the quickest Ive done it recently it 9 min 30 but that was 3 years ago. I've never really been unfit, I just pile the weight on but have this natural desire to do exercise IYSWIM. Thepace I run now is my normal pace. You ladies are doing exceptinally well and I dont need to say that. Perhaps if I can make Leeds maybe then we'll how quick I really am or how big my nose is :D
