UnBelievable
I never knew until I read this thread that CC cards let you BT to another unless you had run up a debt on them through spending even though technically its the same thing - they're still lending you the money.
probably aginst the T&Cs, but I dont think card x will contact a. n other card to confirm they are actually paying off a debt, they only want to get you into debt so you pay them lots of interest. ;D0 -
If I get a brand new card x and then immediately ask them to BT £7k onto egg surely that should make them suspicious as to what I'm up to but like you say they probably don't care as long as they can reel you into debt.0

The human species sucks at explaining things sometimes and really sucks at understanding too it seems!!!
No wonder there are so many wars....
Acronyms have serious overuse on this site as X noobs come along, read up and fail to follow or get buried in it all. It really doesnt help! X noobs then overuse the acronyms further and expect Y to be familiar with it or worse occasionally add their own spin on it. Z comes along thinking they got it all and tells ABC who then posts following days later their own take on it all!! ???
Would love to know the number of people who have rung up their CC (sic) company to then verbally ask to stooze a SBT (sic) to their savings account...imagine the silence at the other end....hehe!

Ouch, :-[
Just trying to ensure I have the concept right in my own mind. By posting Im hoping that more experienced people can point out any flaws in my logic or any misunderstanding of the principle.
And Im trying to avoid acronyms. ;D0 -
Lol...!
You forgot the sic :P0 -
Lol...! (sic)
Was not a dig at anyone in particular Luffer,...just a generic top down view of how this post has grown, its a little boggling with everyone trying to explain things their way...it just makes it worse when not explained properly with all the acronyms.

I may be mistaken, but is "MSE" not an acronym ? Lopo - I think that you have just proved to yourself that acronyms do have their place :-)
Look inward - there are acronyms in your world too !
