Strange! Can`t log into 1899.com

Hello all
I have just tried logging into my 1899.com account but it keeps saying its a incorrect phone number, everytime I enter my phone number the 0 at the beginning disappears when I click on "Log In".
Anybody else having this problem ???

Same problem again this morning (1899 and 18185). Both come back with the below every time I try:

The account number/telephone number you entered is incorrect. Please check your 1899 account number and try again. You can find your 1899 account number in the confirmation email from 1899 or you can call our freephone number 0808-170 1899 from a registered telephone. You must enter the main telephone number with which you initially registered.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
