Hello, I am planning on having some updating done to my house as i couldn't sell the thing, thus, i would welcome anyones comments to see if they think this quote is value for money.....
Lounge 5.14M x 3.7M
Dining room 3.10M x 3.3M
Conservatory 3.5M x 3.3M
The works required are
conservatory
1, raise the exisiting floor level by 7 cm to match the existing level of the dining room
2, Supply and fit new radiator approx 3500 BTU, this will require approx 3M of new mircobore pipe work
3, first fix electrics for two wall lights, this is to be powered from existing electrical sockets
4, Remove existing pation doors (4M wide) these doors connect into the dining room
5, Reduce the 4M gap from the removal of the pation door and install a door frame structure to take 2 30 inch internal oak doors
6, Plasterbaord the timber stud which has closed up the gap and skim with plaster
7, Plasterboard & Skim one conservatory wall 2.6M x 2.2M
8, Plasterboard & skim other conservatory walls which are 50cm high and 8M long this will require a radiator to be taken off and put back
9, Fit new skirting and architrave
10, Fit free issue interal oak doors
Dining
11, skim ceiling
12, Skim walls where the gap has been closed up from removal of the patio doors
13, Fit 2 free issue internal oak doors
14, fit new skirting and architrave
15, replace existing radiator (double unit 1800mm long)
Lounge
16, skim ceiling
17, replace existing radiator (double unit 2400mm long)
18, fit new skirting and architrave
19, fit free issue internal oak doors
Porch (1M x 1M)
20, fit new skirting and architrave
The customer is only providing 3 internal oak doors complete with door furntire, all other materials are to be supplier by the builder
The new skirting board is to be approx 5 inch and the architrave is 3 inch
a high level finish is required
