Ladders

I know what an exciting topic.
My house needs re-decorating from top to bottom so need ladder.
I thought I would get a a nice new ladder we have a 3-in-1. But I not keen as I don't really feel safe up a ladder at the best of times.
B & Q do a 10-in-1 for £60 I thought that might be better and it folds up really small so I can keep in cupboard in the house rather than in the shed. And even can be made in to a platform type thingy.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance.
