Oh and I've just put the contents of my 5p jar into a comic relief bucket at my bank. (Changed up of course). Think it came to around £11.80.
i suggest you go back to whatever rock you crawled out of and stay there youre a silly little boy who threw his dummy out of his pram when he couldnt get what he wanted any court would laugh in your faceReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. ticketcollect - what exactly is your problem?
I've been a member now for a while - in fact I started a thread when I got a trial Metro card. And paid £49.95 for a year's membership. If anyone should be upset it is me - but you know what? Im not, because i've been saving money for the last 3 months.
can you imagine other companies that want to do freebies EVER doing them if they read your comments?
A list has been put up. it shows the winners. you arent on it. it really is not the end of the world.
What you are doing is damaging this site and stopping us all getting future offers.
thank you so much.
ps - well done duckBRFC - you summed it up far more eloquently than i could and i think 99.9% of people agree with you.0 -

You know what zierisaver, I guess your correct, I hadn't thought of it threatening other offers for other people by other companies. Just incensed by the technical problems.Ex-Employee of a Train Operating Company.

They must have worked out what you are then, and just humoured you.
Otherwise they would have told you they do not have any jurisdiction over any advertising/claims made on an advertisers website.0 -
irrelevant now anyway.
# Claims on websites
In general, misleading claims on companies' websites should be reported to your local trading standards department (https://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) but we can investigate website owners' sales promotions, such as special offers, prize draws and competitions. We can also investigate "third party" advertisements in space the website owner has allocated to other advertisers.Ex-Employee of a Train Operating Company.
