Unemployed partner moving in

Hello

First time poster long time reader.

I need some help!!, My boyfriend is planning on moving in with his daughter but i need to know how my tax credits will be affected. I have been on to the entitledto site and they work it out his last years wages to work out this years entitlement. Now he only lost his job a couple of months ago and is in the process of looking for another, but in the meantime if we use his apr 08 to apr 09 wages we get nothing, so although he is now unemployed we won't get any help!

Is this right or will WFTC take ino account that he is unemployed.

Thanks

They will use the 08 too 09 wages for any joint application you will now be making, as you will be seen as being partners as you will be living together, etc.
It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not.
