:mad: Hi im living in France and i just bought an appartment with all appliances included. They are all Samsung products but my fridge was fine and dandy until last night and for no reason it started going up in tempurture. It is now showing 16 degrees. The freezer is fine, but all the appliances are not even a year old. I have plugged it out and back in again but it makes no odds. I cant even ring anyone over here because i dont speak the language. Please help me

Do you know someone who speaks French who might be able to help?

Did you register the appliance purchases online with Samsung when you bought the apartment? If so you may be covered by the warranty, if not they should be able to advise you of a local engineer.
