Nursery Rhyme Costume

Just picked my 4 year old daughter up from nursery and they told me that they're having a fancy dress day on thursday for Red Nose Day / Comic Relief. The theme is 'Nursery Rhyme Characters' and I have no idea what to make (plus there's not much time and not much money in the pot!)
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Look here for inspiration. World book day was last week, so the thread has some recent posts on it too.
What nursery rhymes does your daughter like, & what dressing up bits do you have at home?
Here's a nice link to some nursery rhymes to get you started

Miss Polly had a Dolly - send her in normal clothes with a doll on which you've painted spots with a red lipstick.
Mary had a little lamb - same thing but with a toy sheep if she has one.
Little Miss Muffet - with a bowl and spoon and a toy spider
Little Boy Blue - all dressed in blue
Dr Foster - raincoat and wellie boots
Mary, Mary quite contrary - Dungarees, welly boots and a small gardening trowel.
Will any of these do
