All the plumbers merchants will be able to get hold of it - it's one of the main Ideal Standard ranges. Best thing to do is to send a fax to Grahams, Plumbase, Plumbcentre, Travis Perkins, City Plumbing stating what you want and ask them to provide prices and lead times. Most items in the Alto range should be available within a couple of days so not hard to get hold of.

Ideal Standard tends to be slightly more expensive than Armitage Shanks (owned by the same company) and Twyfords. You may want to look at Armitage Sandringham suite, and Twyford Elite, which are both very reasonably priced.

I've just bought a new bathroom, and while comparing prices I noticed that this site was quite cheap (although I didn't look at the Alto suite, so I don't know about that one specifically):

However, in the end I ordered everything through a small local bathroom/plumbing shop that my plumber recommended. I got good personal service, and the owner and my plumber delivered it all to my house while I was away (I left a set of keys with the plumber) without any extra charge for delivery.
All the places I looked at (the local place, Graham, online stores etc) seemed to offer similar prices, of about 20-25% under catalogue price (35% under for the brassware). Since the local place was offering roughly the same price as everyone else, I decided to go for the convenience and personal service.
