Not received my order, where do I stand?

Hi everyone
I placed an order for an item a 3 weeks ago from a website.
I've ordered items in the past and they usually send it quickly.
But, I've still not received my item, I've emailed and even called the company, there was an answer machine voice a 2 weeks ago, but now the number is dead.
I payed £15 via my credit card for the item and not received it.
Where do I stand?

Phone your CC company and explain the situation to them. They should be able to refund you and claim the money back from the company you bought from:j30/7/10:j
