My children love legoland and it's well worth the entry. Taking a packed lunch is easy as they have lockers for you to leave your stuff at - though it can be a trek to get back to them. IMO still better than carrying it round the rides. Last time we went we camped overnight (before and after) at wellington country park. It's about a 20 min drive and a great place to stay (ie has showers, wash up facilities etc). Best sneak off 'cause if my boys see this the nagging will begin.......
Hope you have a great day.
    January '06 Grocery Challenge (4th - 31st) £320.
    Week 1 - £73.99 Week 2 £5.10 (so far :p )
Someone burst my bubble and I lost the plot so no idea what I spent now... :(I will try to work it out.
    Other Jan :- Petrol £20.41, Clothes £8.50, House £3.

I was looking yesterday. There are some kids go free coupons that people are selling on Ebay, it seems that if you purchase something from the Lego Shop you are / were given them. I have a Lego shop near me so I might ring them today to find out.

There also seems to be another coupon to get £6 off each paying Adult or Child, but not sure if you can use in advance or only use them when you pay on the door (it is more expensive to do this anyway).

Any other ideas or help would be appreciated.

I think as far as who can go on some rides, it's not down to the age, but down to the child's height. But at least you won't have to pay for him to get in (nor will the OP have to pay for her 2 year old).

There is plenty for toddlers to do at Legoland, don't worry. They can go on many little rides as long as they are over 0.9m and some rides are OK for any size children/babies, accompanied by an adult. Legoland is best for toddlers and up to about age 8 anyway, my older kids have pretty much outgrown it really.

Tesco Deals are the best way to pay IMHO (you have to convert your Tesco vouchers to Legoland Deals beforehand). But if you are a Sainsburys shopper then simply swiping your Nectar card at the entrance can get you in if you have enough points:

And the person who asked can you take your own food in? Yes of course!! Who doesn't take a backpack full of picnic stuff to any theme park, we wouldn't be MSEers if we didn't!:rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You can find free Children's tokens (with each fee-paying Adult) for Legoland Windsor in the current Lego Members magazine.

Either sign yourself up to join the Lego members club, or grab a free one if you have a nearby Lego store.
