Rubber flooring

I am thinking of having rubber flooring in my kitchen (3860mm x 2350mm), and I want to keep costs down as much as possible.
I am hoping to order it online, pull up the lino that's in the kitchen at the moment and then get someone in to fit it for me. I was thinking about going for plain tiles.
Does anyone have any advice?
Is it easy to look after and clean? And do I need a specialist to fit it or just a regular floor layer? and how much does it cost to get fitted?
Any tips or recommendations would be great!

Hi,
I can help, but I'm unsure what you mean by rubber flooring! Would it be cushionfloor type vinyl, or a plank/tile type Karndean product?
The only rubber tile products I know are for commercial use, and would be expensive to fit!Profit=sanity
Turnover=vanity
Greed=inhumanity:dance:0
