I have changed gas meters with both EDF and SSE and neither charged. I use SSE routinely to swop them on behalf of my clients - I never get any bother from them Not sure if they credit check or not but never had a problem. Used EDF for a BTL property and they were even better! They sent a refund cheque for the gas on the removed meter.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
