Marie Curie Cancer Care & Devoted to Life Walks 2009
Options
Hi Everyone,
Mylovely mummy passed away last November with cancer. What you may not know is that she was a supporter and fundraiser for Marie Curie Cancer Care, we estimate that she raised at least £30,000 over 35 years. I have decided to continue on fundraising for Marie Curie Cancer Care in memory of my mummy but also to help Marie Curie Cancer Care provide nursing care for other terminally ill patients in their own homes.
One way that I am fundraising is by taking part in the 5 mile Devoted to Life Walk at Belvoir Park Forest in Belfast on Saturday 25th April 2009. I am trying to raise as much as possible for Marie Curie Cancer Care, I realise it is a financially hard time for many people at the moment, but even 50p or £1 can all add up and made such a difference. Give up that chocolate bar, crisps or newspaper for one day, instead of that take-away or a bottle of wine - donate to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
You can donate easily and safely on line through the Justgiving page below, if you prefer to donate by cash or cheque (payable to Marie Curie Cancer Care) that's no problem, please just give me a shout

Marie Curie Cancer Care depends on voluntary donations to continue its vital work, providing high-quality nursing, totally free, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families.
Again, any donations are very much appreciated and if you would like any more information please do not hesitate to ask.
Many thanks
Jaime
