Credit card for football club season ticket

Once again here come the most expensive time of the year for all season ticket holders across the land, the early renewal offer!
My football club Reading are offering to freeze prices if my ticket is renewed by 3rd April. This is excellent value for money as we are once again on the verge of promotion to the Premier League, and an inevitable ticket price rise.
Therefore what are the best cards out there, obviously a 0% deal over the period of the season - August to May would be ideal. But can I get anything else thrown into the bargain, ie. cashback etc???

If you go into a large Tesco, you can pick up one of their credit card leaflets giving you 0% on purchases for 12 months, plus Tesco reward points on all purchases (the rewards are increased when it is used at Tesco).
The 12month credit card offer is only available by going instore and picking up a leaflet, you can get 6months by simply going online.
Can I recommend you support a decent football club - namely Swindon Town FC, we're great!0 -
Barclaycard do a football credit card whereby they charge 0% on season ticket purchases over £250.0

As a Hull fan I looked at that last year, I'm sure it said it was only for season tickets at Premiership teams (for 07/08). That would make this season's for the 08/09 season and rule OP out as until the end of the season Reading aren't in the EPL. It's still worth checking, just a point that needs to be checked.0 -

Strangely I can't find that limitation on there this season, but then I haven't found the full T&Cs either.0 -
Its not just for Premiership teams, I know a lot of fans who used it to get Championship season tickets this year (I support Doncaster Rovers....)0

Wellens =0

Without wanting to go too far off topic, Wellens is a legend, top class player who I imagine could easily play with one of the more average Premiership teams. From your post I imagine you support Blackpool?0

Just referring back to the Tesco card. There doesn't appear to be any 0% interest free credit available having just looked online. I was only just at a large Tesco but forgot to look. It's only a couple of days since the reply stating that interest free on purchases available, so is it worth me going to a store to look at what's available or is it likely that I have just missed the boat and the offer has been withdrawn?
I also noticed that Tesco offer two sorts of credit cards, but only one offers reward points, the other offers cashback.MFiT-T3 Number 61 Reduce mortgage by £50000Mar 13 £5660/11.32% June 13 £12513/25.03% Sept 13 £16951/33.90% Sept 14 £38391/78.78% paid offMFiT-T2 Number 34 Reduce mortgage by £66471Dec 12 100% paid off!0 -

Wellens is a good player but his attitude is shocking. As good as he was we never had any offers from leagues above for him. Well done in what looks like you staying up, hope we do too.0
