    Gem that is a very good pace...I run at a pace of 10/11 min/miles and thats after running for a year so you will be flying along

    Evening all:D

    I have running water again :j ...........but no heat and it really does look more and more like the boiler is covered on the buildings insurance, fingers crossed though.

    Spud if i had to rely on your desciption of yourself to find you in Manchester I would still be wandering about looking for Mrs Hagrid!!!!!

    I thought everyone looked fab including our handsome fellows who in my opinion were completely surrounded by babes all day;)

    And I am a shortarris too at 5'3"
