Has BB gone - I've got rice, leftover chicken, peas and mushrooms - was thinking that if I bung it all together with some stock in the oven it should be tasty?? What do you think?

I'm still here :D Sounds lovely. Chuck in any vegetables you have, maybe a tin of kidney beans/butter beans if you have any, garlic, chillies, herbs, whatever takes your fancy.

Len - yeah, my back from travelling back, it flares up when I do something a bit out of the ordinary. Why? You going to share any tales of random 'stiffness'? :rotfl:

Mummyhood is fab. We've had a couple of difficult days where he either wouldn't sleep or wouldn't feed but overall he's a star and is more or less settled into a roughly 4 hour cycle:D He was 7lb 15oz at birth but has gone over that now.

Ahh, glad to hear it's all going well :)

Cat - the words "pushed out sideways" have just made my eyes water  :o

I think I'm about to give someone negative feedback on ebay - A friend gave birth to twins at the weekend so I bought them a "i love my bear blankie" one with rabbit and one with bear. I'd emailed seller about combined postage and had no reply and just now she's asking for £9.00 combined postage cos "they sell for £13 each so I'm getting a bargain" she "charges more because she doesn't put a reserve on" and she'd "hoped to get more for them"! !!!!!! I could travel by train to collect them for less postage:mad:

In good news - my pc is only freezing three times an hour now rather than working only 3 times and hour!

I think that it's against ebay regulations to reflect your desired price in the postage... you start them at the minimum you are willing to accept for them...

i'd refuse to pay personally... pretty sure she can't leave you negative feedback......

I would forward her email to ebay for excessive postage Cat.

I was so disappointed for my friend at the weekend. She listed a pushchair which her boys don't now need - virtually brand new. She's not ebayed much so I helped her with the listing etc. Anyway, it ended at £57 - a bargain really as the pram was nearly £400 new! The winning bidder added bids throughout the auction (it had 25 bids at the end so was popular) and also bid twice on the last day. This person won and then instantly said they didn't want it. They had a 0 feedback, have already retracted 2 bids and although their profile says member since 1999, they had the new member icon next to their name so they've changed their ID. Complete wasters who shouldn't be allowed to use the site again. She was so disappointed and is now trying to get the charges back and offer it to the next bidder but is probably going to have to list it again.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback and charging excessive postage is against the rules. Forward her email to ebay or point out to her that it's against the rules. If she tries to get you done with an unpaid item strike, then just forward the email to ebay. Basically, keep the email to hand.

Just been out for a walk round the graveyard, I would say I feel better, but I feel kinda empty now, which IS better than how I was feeling, which was full of lots of emotion.

aha - found it. It's called circumventing fees: Unreasonable postage or packing costs - Listings with low prices but unreasonably high postage or packing costs.
