    you can't beat www.mapmyrun.co.uk for planning your routes... i think kassi told you that already though.... it's such a useful thing....

    i have just mapped my 4.5mile route for the weekend, and i'm all excited as it's one i've never done before! saddo that i am!!!

    Yep, I've been looking at mapmyrun, but it doesnt show public footpaths.

    I'm thinking of keeping a record of walk/runs, times and distances - maybe on a spreadsheet :D
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    How long after a 'show' does labour usually start?

    Hey Luc - how is mummyhood? Nathan is gorgeous - I missed all the weight etc details with being offline, he looks quite petite in that pic?

    Mummyhood is fab. We've had a couple of difficult days where he either wouldn't sleep or wouldn't feed but overall he's a star and is more or less settled into a roughly 4 hour cycle:D He was 7lb 15oz at birth but has gone over that now.
