Please help a newbie but keen moneysaver/maker,

What cards have the best 0% BT deals if possible without charging a fee?

SBT is a term used here but not known by the banks to refer to cards that allow transfers to bank accounts

The only possibilities are

Mint chqs once the initial period has passed: refer to detailed t&cs
Egg Money

All other cards that did allow transfers to bank accounts charge a fee
