Vivaladiva aren't a scam site in the slighest. Have you phoned customer services to see if they received your return?0

I've had stuff from them too, without any problems.0

Hmmm me too
I once complained bitterly to a sales rep on phone about uncredited returns
Only to find the items were from my Kays catalogue and I had rung the wrong club book
I felt I right tit"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

This reminds me of something my MIL did. She had a credit card which I arranged so she could buy some furniture 'safely' and she needed to pay it off in full. The credit card was via an offshoot of a bank, so the bank name wasn't on it but it was payable at Royal bank of Scotland so she marched in and tried to pay off her balance and was refused.
She insisted that she had been told they must accept it and refused to eave until they accepted the payment, they kept saying they couldn't as it was nothing to do with them. She insisted on getting the manager, she took all their names and said she was making a formal complaint and in the end they agreed to take it as a one off event but told ehr to recheck her info. Came out the bank and only then realised she wasn't in the RBS after all!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
