Claiming PPI

Hi
I currenly in the process of claiming PPI payments that was paid to Welcome Finance over 3 years, i did evential cancel in 2007, because i felt i forced and mis- lead in to taking out the Payment Protection Insurance, but what i need to know is whether i can claim PPI already paid?
Can some one advise?

And yes you can.
I expect this was a front loaded policy anyway, so the PPI was added in with the loan amount.
If you don't mind me asking, did they reduce your repayments down by much or did you have to start a new loan obviously without the PPI?

reclaim all you can but if you dont want to get your hands dirty in the matter - cos thats what it takes, you're best to use a claims firm for all the dirrty work. They are good at getting results as they know how and what to say to acheieve their goals.
