Paypal / Wiggle problem

Hi, need some advice.
I made a purchase from Wiggle using Paypal, my Paypal account shows the transaction as being completed but Wiggle have cancelled the order as they are saying that they haven't received payment from Paypal.
I sent Wiggle an email with the payment details from Paypal but they are still insisting that they haven't received payment.
The only thing is that the money hasn't been taken out of my bank account but this normally takes a couple of days anyway.
I have tried to use the virtual assistant on Paypal but what a waste of time.
Does anyone have a contact number for Paypal, I have tried say no to 0870 but they don't seem to be free numbers?

I have still not got any further forward so I contacted my bank today as there was a pending payment for PayPal, I have got them to cancel payment.
I have emailed Wiggle to say that if they do find the payment then to return it to PayPal and I have emailed PayPal to tell them what I have done and for them to sort out the problem with Wiggle.
I have also said that I am cancelling my PayPal account as I am not willing to pay via my phone bill to speak to customer service and that the virtual assistant was a waste of time.
Have I missed anything else, will they try and take payment from my bank account again?
