    No it doesn't but most people try to get as little surplus as possible. If you have over £99 surplus then you will be subject to an IPA, unless you are on benefits.

    your soa is fine, don't worry. All TF wanted to know likely is if there were other people in the household, then you would need to increase the amount you are spending for food etc, that's all.
