Could anyone tell me which of these two brands of window would be the better option?
I have had quotes for 8 white upvc sliding sash windows (roughly 75x135cm) both quotes have come in around £4400.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thank you

Rehau appear to be one of the top brands.

I've never head of Plastmo (but then I'm not a window fitter - just somebody who has been looking for new windows recently!) and they haven't been mentioned on this site AFAIK.0 -
Rehau have a good name for windows. They are not so good for patio doors. Sliding sash windows are a bit different so they may not be so good at them. Never heard of the other company but that may be their forte.0

We have a conservatory with rehau profiles and are very pleased with them.
When we had the blinds fitted the fitter commented on how sturdy the steel reinforced frames were. He said some are so poor he's literally drilling into fresh air!
I can recommend rehau but I have no knowledge good or bad about plastimo.
Hope this helps a little.

Many thanks for your helpful comments- I am now leaning towards Rehau.
Unfortunately (for my pocket anyway!) I have to have sliding sash to get planning permission in a conservation area.
