info on structured products

Anyone got any info/advice on investec guaranteed 5 year ftse 100 structured product ?. A financial advisor I have had past dealings with is teasing me with this plan/product .I am sure I have seen this kind of product in mailings or on tv backed by AXA( I think.)
Am I right?
And is it" guaranteed"?

100% of ftse 100 growth over 5 years
    100% capital guarantee
potential for early maturity at end of years 1 to 4 provided index is higher than original index level.
can be held in an isa
These are the basics he told me.
As the index is at such a low point and interest rates so low this might be worth looking into.

Is there a site which shows details of a whole range of currently available structured products from a range of sellers?

Guess you are paying for the guarantee with the dividends (and any other charges).
Would be worth finding out what happens if the provider goes under. I suspect this is UK based so would be covered but after Lehmans ...

The Final Index Level is the average of the closing levels of the Index on each Business Day from, and including, 1 November 2013 to, and including, 2 May 2014.
Commission: 3% of the initial deposit.

So you lose 3% and get the average of the index over the final 6 months so could lose gains (or losses) there.

I doubt it as it would require IFA products as well as internal products and institutional as well as retail. There are too many sources of data available to get any comprehensive list. You tend to find most of the retail versions are quite poor. Institutional versions tend to be better.

The site that turbobob mentions has a limited range on its site but its not comprehensive. Its better than nothing though. Although it does appear to be missing some key products in there.
