pack of five baby body suite for £1

I phoned them yesterday morning on 0844 822 8000 and I said I was worried that I would be charged the full price as per their terms & conditions text and if that was the case could I cancel the order now to save my time sending the items back, and their time aswell. The lady I spoke to told me that the £5 discount had gone through and would be honoured. I took her name and made a note of the time and date of call.

Has anyone else that has ordered got their £5 discount refunded to their card as yet?

I was charged £6, have checked on my Kays account and it says refund to delta card £5. It's not showing in my online banking yet but think it must be going through.

Hi just an update i ordered on tues evening from littlewoods, kays, choice and empire and have recieved all my orders and today recieved my discount of £5 credited back into my bank account from all of them except littlewoods that should be here in couple of days so have faith people they do defo honour the codes.
so for anyone still confused they will take the FULL amount from your bank but then they credit the £5 back to your account a couple of days later and i paid by visa debit card so again thanx op:T

Hi just to help those who are worried about Kays refunding, I placed my order online monday evening, received the pack of 5 bodysuits wednesday morning, £6 taken out of my account today, but also the £5 refund today. I'm happy with my my purchase, maybe it's only additions/littlewoods who are doing a min of £30 spend to get the £5 refund...? Although most of these catalogues are the same company, they do have diferent deals & charges for the same items sometimes, so you never know!

The £5 discount seems to have gone through for me on Kays and Great Universal but not Liitlewoods. Phoned today and got the 'only if you spend £30' comment so one lot will go back. Ordered on my CC so can't easily check the other refunds yet.

I received all of my parcels yesterday! All my refunds appeared in my bank account today, including Littlewoods!

I got 3 packages yesterday and having called my bank this morning they have confirmed that the £5 refund is showing on my account. It's interesting how some people got refunds from Littlewoods and others didn't, but I also wonder why their system accepts the code if it's a minimun spend of £30?!! Hope this helps anyone who is still waiting and worried...

I got 3 packages yesterday and checked my bank account today and £6 has been deducted for all 3 packages and then £5 credited again from all 3, they were Great Universal, Littlewoods and Empire Stores. I have ordered from Kays and they have taken £6 but are awaiting stock so assume once the item is delivered I will get £5 refund! I also ordered an item from choice but as this was for £5 and I used the code so the order was £0 but never got confirmation of this order and it does not appear on my account so assume it did not work? Has anyone received their item which cost nil?
