First time renter in plymouth area

Hi,

It may sound like a stupid question, but I've been unable to find an answer to this question.

I'm looking into renting a 1 bedroom flat in the Plymouth area and I'm trying to work out (roughly) what the utility bills will cost, i.e council tax, water, gas, electricity?

Please can anyone give me a rough idea?

    Hi for council tax look on the plymouth city council website.
    Electric, gas and water could vary dramatically but just as an indicator i pay about £35 per month each for gas and electric in a one bedroom flat - i am sure you could probably get it lower than that
