You sound like you are pretty dispairing. You could consider giving the Samaritans a call, they can't advise you but they will listen. Sometimes having an ear to pour everything into helps order things in your own mind and show you a way forward.

That is some really great advice, as others have said you need to sort your health out first, that is the most important thing otherwise you cannot function from day to day. There are some really great people on this forum who can help you every step of the way through this, you are not alone at all. Also do not feel ashamed, think of it as a good thing, one step out of many to making your life better.:beer:
