Easyjet is offering hotels from just a quid a night. To grab a cheap room, search on the Easyjet’s special page. £1 hotels include the three star Villa Sun Apartments in Turkey’s Marmaris.
Rooms are very limited, but if you’re willing to stay in the shoulder seasons (April/May or Sept/Oct), you’ll up your chances of grabbing one. There are also some decent rooms for £3 and up. If you spot any nice deals, please post the details below, so other MoneySavers can share.

Easyjet's starting doing £1 hotels, in case anyone's interested. I'm not sure what dates are on offer, but some of them look quite nice

As safe as most places in that part of the world.
Avoid.
Street sellers
Beach sellers
The beaches in the town are awful move a couple of miles out of town.
Fruit sellers on the beach.
jay walking ( the drivers done stop)
The milk you get may be goats milk not Cows milk.
See the food before you buy it and ask others who are coming out there thougts.
The police are hot on crime and like to protect the local area as Tourism is number money spinner for the town.
The biggest threat comes from the SUN ... avoid midday to 3pm its not big or clever to get burnt or get prickly heat and worse of accomodation has no air con ...alot dont as power costs a fortune out there !"Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."

Before booking with Easyjet, check out Hotelopia, the hotels are via them.
Go through Quidco (10%) and use a 10% discount code (discount forums), for a 19% combined discount. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=406949&highlight=hotelopia
I've checked a few and they are the same price, so with the cashback and discount it is cheaper with Hotelopia.
