Egg Money: check your cashback!

I received my first Egg Money statements in January and February.

I noticed that cashback earned on your last statement amounts were incorrect on both statements. In January, it showed £0.05 for £238 worth of purchases. For the previous period, when they were running the 2% cashback, the amount displayed was short of a couple of quid, too.

However, the cashback to date amount appeared to be correct on my February statement.

I sent them a secure message a week ago. When I looked at my February statement again online, the cashback earned on your last statement displayed £4.58, which corrected the mistake for both statements.

I would advise you to check your cashback amounts!
