Ripped off buying footie tickets online...anything I can do?

Hi
I purchased some tickets from official-tickets.net in January, the transaction was easy, friends of mine have purchased from them no problems at all.
However.....tickets never arrived, and a woman called me this morning to say they had been let down by their suppliers and they have no tickets to send me. 2 days before the game!!!!
She promised me a refund, but nothing has gone through yet. The website is down, the phone lines cut and I am worried!!! Paid by debit card, I dont have a credit card.
Is there any way I can get my money back?
Please help

Yes I have read that before. We had no problems with the initial transaction. They havent taken any extra money or anything, and as I said before, friends of mine have purchased tickets from them before with no problem whatsoever.
The one thing that does perplex me though, if they really were 'ripping me off' why would they have called to tell me the tickets were not coming. Surely they just would have not bothered? Doesnt make sense....0 -
Maybe to put you off claiming. If you paid by Visa debit you have 120 days to claim. Of you paid by credit the credit card company is jointly liable for the debt above £1000

It does not look good, the site closing and the telephones down, have you tried the other international telephone numbers?

I can't find Official Ticket on companies house so am not sure if they are a UK company, I suspect not.
Your best bet is trying the charge back.
P.S They probably got "Let down by their supplier" as they had not paid them and its all lead to them going tits up.
