  • I am really hacked off with ASOS. I ordered one of these 2 weeks ago, and they e-mailed me a few days after to tell me due to their error I wouldn't be getting a coat. I've sent two e-mails of complaint since - both of which have been ignored - and they clearly didn't even think to contact me to tell me that the item I was asking after was back in stock! Crap CS...

    Same here, I sent a VERY polite complaint email and got no response. :confused:

    Ordered a couple of these coats on 20th Feb...my card gets charged and show up as "shipped" on the 22nd of Feb...

    10 days later...nothing...I email them to find out what's going on, and this is the reply that I get:

    "Regrettably, Royal Mail believes the parcel to be lost in transit and, unfortunately, we have no further stock of the item(s)."

    Do you think that it *really* got lost in transit, or are they just covering up like they have with others e.g. "administrative error"...?

    I'm not very happy. At all.
