Sorry to those who missed out but mine's just arrived too. Fantastic coat - great find. Shame there wasn't more stock to go around. I just hope this wasn't yet another example of selfish bulk-buying for resale. Can we still nominate this for find-of-the-month?

Not got my coat yet - but not had a cancellation email, either, so I live in hope.

Are they delivered by Royal Mail or one of the courier companies?

I got my coat first thing this morning via RM recorded delivery. Its very good quality and a lot thicker and bigger than I thought. I don't particularly like the branded labels on it (front, Union jack with a red dragon and on l.h.s arm "alpine expedition team 1958") but may try to remove them later.

Still a good bargain and impressed for the money.

Ordered mine on the 21st (early evening) and was expecting a cancellation email after reading other posts, but it's just arrived now (the coat I mean!). Just including when I ordered it, so if others have ordered their's around the same day/time, will know the order'll most likely arrive.

My order was cancelled aswell! !!!!!!s! I ordered earlier than some ppl here who've already received them, so Ive just e-mailed them back asking them to explain themselves!! Well annoyed.

I got the cancellation e-mail too. But I e-mailed back and expressed my disgust that an administrative error (their error, basically!) should mean my order goes unfulfilled. I also told them it's my first order with them, and for such a muck-up I expect more than just an e-mail saying sorry, but perhaps some goodwill...

You've got to try it with these companies...I used to work for Waitrose Customer Service and I know all about the culture of generating goodwill...now there's no lengths to which I won't go!

Good idea. It was my first order with them aswell. Perhaps I shoulda been a bit more firm in my e-mail.

Ordered mine on the 20th at 16.26, so 24 hours before you - I have the confirmation email with the time on. But no coat, as yet.
