    I dont think you can I'm afraid.

    Probably one of the best ways to get it cheap is buy buying a cheap 3 PAYG mobile (eg from Superdrug/Boots) for £9.99 (+ a 3 Simcard with £30 credit) so you pay £39.99 - keep the £30 credit and sell the phone for about £30-£40.
