Sorry you didn't receive a bill for 9 months. This can happen particularly where we have the wrong meter details. :sad:
Hopefully we have now put this right and sent you an accurate bill.
If you would like to spread the cost please give us a call and ask for a payment arrangement. We are always happy to spread costs over a similar period to that taken to fix a problem.
