E-on misread meter

I only have electricity in my property, but for the past 2 years since being with E-on they have apparently incorrectly read my meter - on a gas tarrif; the consequence of which means that they have undercharged me more than half of what they should have. They have now sent me a bill of £1,607.51 to pay, with no apology or…

Sorry you didn't receive a bill for 9 months. This can happen particularly where we have the wrong meter details. :sad:

Hopefully we have now put this right and sent you an accurate bill.

If you would like to spread the cost please give us a call and ask for a payment arrangement. We are always happy to spread costs over a similar period to that taken to fix a problem.
