    Good morning everyone,

    Had an eventful weekend!

My daughter went to see fall out boy in Brighton on Sunday, I was told she was going with her friend and her friends mum (she is 13)...but it turns out that her friends mum dropped them off at the station and they went on the 30 min journey on the train on their own! Returning again at midnight! I am not happy, not happy at all! maybe I am an overprotective mum. We will have the chat about this after school tonight.

Middle son, is still on a health kick, he goes to the gym, plays rugby and does ballroom dancing (he is 16)...he is obsessed with his appearance. He was slighlty chubby when he was younger but when he shot up to 6ft 3 at 15, he lost the fat. He has now got one of those vibrating belt things that work on the stomach muscles...to be honest they look like they are working as well...(might have to pinch it when no ones looking and have a go myself....I am sure I have abdominal muscles somewhere under my belly fat!)

Eldest son, well, thats another matter. Something happened this weekend that I have been sworn to secrecy on. Its something that could either ruin his life or blow over. I will give details in April when it should be resolved. He is 19 and I shouldnt be worrying about him should I, but then my mum is 71 and I worry about her too!

Anyway...whats everyone else been up to this weekend?

    Morning all.
Ztd I am itching now and will have to change the bedding tonight! :D
Sammy - if you procrastinate, so will I and then a few people on here will tell me off.
Nathan is turning out to be a little star Luc. :T

Today I will be doing an Asda order because, no matter how many times I check the fridge, it's always empty. Could do with a delivery or money off code.

Then it's back to the sorting - maybe.

JFC I would not be happy about the travel arrangements either.

I dont know, apparently my daughter assumed the mother was accompanying them to. My mum has just told me that "my daughter was nervous about meeting the mum, saying that she didnt know what to say to her"..my daughter is very shy, and was worried as she had heard that this mum had taken a dislike to several of her daughters other friends. Turns out she neednt have worried about making a good impression as the mum was only there for a fleeting visit.

I am glad you share my concerns about the travel arrangements whatatwit as I wondered if I am over protective and out of touch. I used to go to Brighton when I was 15 with my elder sister who was 17, but 13 seems to young to understand the dangers.

    Morning :hello:

I also agree 13 is way too young. I have a 13 year old DD, and she aint going anything like that just yet

Zed, I'm itching too. Wondering if I can get the bedding washed and dried before DH needs to get in bed

Sorry to hear your feeling rough Buffy. When do you go back to the dentist?
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
