Great news Toots, really pleased for you.:j

Well done a little bit today,

    WM X 2

Tried to sort out my food cupboards that have become very stuffed and messy with all sorts of stuff.

I had some small plastic baskets so I put all my medicines and vitamins in 2 of them and removed them from my cupboards and then put some more tins/jars away. Wiped down a few shelves with wipes as they were very mucky. Generally tried to clear up the worktops and make some space.

I've rang my manager and managed to get thursday/friday off as leave this week in order to look after my OH. He isn't doing too good and just before he said that he thinks the grafts etc have burst/punctured. We will ring the hospital tomorrow but the surgeon wanted him back friday anyway as he was so concerned at the size of the hole between mouth and sinus.:( So that one is a wait and see number but bless him he hasn't moaned once about not smoking, mind you he's not conscious most of the time....knocked out on painkillers.

So will harrass my DD1 to do the DW and then I'll pointedly stare at all the lovely clean, folded washing that is being studiously ignored by the rest of the family. I may sort it into piles and distribute but I am getting slightly fed up of the constant 'spoon feeding' my DD's re jobs around the house. Ho hum, I'm sure it'll get sorted.;)

    What the hey is defrag??????

It's when your pc "de-fragments" (hence defrag), clears itself up and makes the maximum use of space, and can speed up your computer. It's like an IT dust and polish!

There are different ways to do it, depending upon which Operating System you have- if you have XP, then it's in Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Administrative Tools, System Clean Up (I think)....it's different for others.

    HTH.....

ETA: Toots, that's brilliant news, and must be a relief. I'm so pleased for you.

I'm just decluttering a sarnie, and then looking to pull myself together. As well as (minor) flying this evening, I have my homework for my dressmaking course. Which I have had a week to get done!

Hugs to all, off to look at tomorrows list.
